The location was decent, within easy walking distance of a large bronze statue. We lived in the queen room with 2 double beds, balcony and sofa.

The staff was not very nice.

It was in a great location with Beethoven House nearby. The room we were changed to was spotless and included a refrigerator, central heating and an electronic key card.

In general the service was friendly. Silent and tidy units with a balcony, minibar plus sofa, and the staff were welcoming.

This hotel is very good for the price. The location is pretty good, near tram and bus stops, making it accessible to the city. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms are comfortable with a good shower, toilet, bed, and fridge. The breakfast is really great every morning with a variety of options.

Location was good also spacious room for one person which makes a change as I have tried a lot of hotels in Bonn.

On busy street but not too noisy at night.

The breakfast was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and polite.

Construction site next door, but this is hardly the hotel's fault. 12 hours a day, but starting at 7am so won't worry anybody at night. We were on the quiet side and the nights were very quiet indeed.

Service-oriented and flexible people.

Well priced and pretty standard accommodation with particularly good setting close to vegan friendly restaurants, and the centre of Bonn, near to railway and bus stations. Large room looking out at courtyard. Paid £ 51. The service in the property was exceptional! Everything perfect. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

I stayed at a hotel on a busy intersection with a tram stop right outside. This location was perfect for me because I enjoyed being in the middle of the Christmas market and close to public transport. There were also many restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to find something to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

The soundproofing was not very effective, so it was difficult to sleep before 11pm or after 6am.

First and foremost the staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful and always at hand to assist. The location was central to bars and restaurants with easy access to public transport. The secure parking is a must due to the central location.

Nothing negative. Good value for money and suited my needs.

Spotlessly clean hotel, services were excellent and location was perfect close to train station yet very quiet. Location: the property was near the city center and the railway station as well as near to railway. Great to be 300 metres away from frittebud, enjoyed our meal there.

The hotel furniture seemed a bit old but the room was clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the city centre and there is a metro/tram station just 20 meters away.

The single room was in my opinion quite spacious compared to a room I had in another hotel. The breakfast was good in a neat dining room. And the hotel staff was friendly and helpful

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect - right in the center of Bonn, just a couple of minutes from the main railway station. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a balcony and a fan to keep cool during the summer months. The secure bike storage was a great addition for those looking to explore the city on two wheels. Plus, the breakfast provided both hot and cold food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.
